Step 1: Apply

Step 2: Interview

Candidates, based on the quality of their written application, will be asked to participate in a 30-minute-maximum individual interview. The interview panel will consist of the outgoing SBS President, Executive Vice President (External), Executive Vice President (Internal). If any of the aforementioned are participating in the election process, they will be asked to remove themselves from judgement panel for the particular role they are applying for. The panel may also include the SBS faculty advisor and the Business Councilor may participate in the hiring process depending on their availability. Members of the hiring panel will stay consistent for all interviews. 


Step 3: Campaign 

Candidates successful in the interview process will be asked to partake in an election where all full-time business students and faculty will be able to vote. The campaigning will span the week of January 29th to February 4th with the election on February 5th and 6th. There will be one event during this week consisting of one SBS Town Hall with two segments. The whole session will be taped and live streamed to increase accessibility for members of the Schwartz community.
